Repeatedly telling me that until I asked her to look at the price sheet right in front of her where stool samples are listed. Shame. These people do not genuinely care about animals and its abundantly clear.

Never had an issue going to a normal vet before but just seemed like they didn’t want to deal with him here. Of course he’s gonna get scared and jumpy when he’s about to get a shot, doesn’t any animal? He does the same thing at the vet but they still give him the vaccines. Won’t be coming back in the future.
