Julia truly took the time to get to know him and made sure he felt safe and comfortable throughout the process. In the past, other places have turned him away and told us, “you just need to socialize him,” without understanding how his past has made things more difficult. We have worked very hard to get Ranger to where he is today, and it meant so much to have a groomer who recognized that and met him where he was. Kayla and Megan also helped with Ranger, and they were both wonderful to work with—kind, supportive, and patient. You can tell this entire grooming team genuinely cares about the animals they work with. Ranger looked great afterward, and we felt completely confident leaving him in their care. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend Julia, Kayla, Megan, and the Petco grooming team! 🐾
