Everytime I stop in I see more and more dead, or dying fish and disgusting unclean tanks and cups. Horrifying to see how little they care about the fish. Not to mention almost all aquatic plants are dead or dying.

Didn’t explain whether it was being cleaned, out of order or what. Not very good customer service since we were there as paying customers and could have been given more than a basic brush off. Spent our money elsewhere.

Every experience I have had since the day I adopted him @2 1/2 months old, with the staff has always been amazing. I want to give a special shout out to the all the lovely ladies in the Grooming department!! You all are just absolutely wonderful and I thank you all for all your care and support! Theodore, he just loves you guys too!
