The staff greeted me with a smile and helped me out promptly. Thank you guys for having a really clean store with a staff to match in professionalism.

They had minimal items to choose from. Shelves looked dirty and bare. There were hardly any plants and the ones they had were sad looking. The store looked very messy and disorganized like there’s no management out management just doesn’t care. The employees didn’t greet me or ask if I needed anything. Overall I’d say yikes and to avoid this place… It had probably been around 5 years since I have been here and man Petco has really gone down hill.

Kayla C and Victoria C were so sweet! Knowing this was our first visit, the process was explained so I knew what to expect. They are well trained for nippy/feisty babies and take precaution not to stress the pups too much. They took very good care of Sailor and although he wasn’t too pleased for the nail trimming, I know he enjoyed his time at Petco located in Puyallup. I appreciate you ladies so much and Sailor and I will be back soon!! Love the little bandana too, such a cute touch!

With his arm, he reached for the bag of food, proceeded to run my order. No conversation, just told me total and I paid and left. This was yesterday 1/31 In the beginning of the month went there and pickup a few items for my dogs and cat. I ended up picking the wrong food, didnt realized until I got in the car, went back for an exchange and the cashier actually rolled his eyes because of my mistake… you need to train your employees about customer service
