Staff, nurses, docs are phenomenal. They love it when Gigi and Bodhi come in. They treat as their own. 100% recommend this hospital.

My services started out great! I went there with all 6 of my animals, 4 dogs and 2 cats. They got us signed up on their plan that you pay monthly over a years time to include all of their shots, getting fixed and discounts on other services or medications. We'll in the last 6 months the service has been a 180. My lab had a growth on her foot that I took her in for. I did let them know that i did not want them to biopsy it we just needed it removed because it was split open and causing her discomfort. They were not happy about the idea that i did not want to biopsy it and it seems as the tone changed. They looked at it, took pictures and I was told they would get back to me to schedule the removal of the growth and they handed me a paper prescription to fill somewhere else (the point of the plan that I pay monthly for is you receive a discount on prescriptions when filled with them.) A couple weeks go by and I have not heard anything so started calling a couple times a week. I even went in there for a different animals apt and asked again and was told they would leave a note for the doctor. A few months go by I easily called weekly and so did my husband with no answers. About 4-5 months in they finally called with an apt for 1 month out.... my dog has been living in a cone this entire time so she doesn't lick her foot/growth. Whatever, at this point I am thankful we have something scheduled. Then on a Saturday when her apt was set for that next Monday I received call saying that they do not think they are skilled enough to do the procedure and that I would need to go to a different vet to get service for her! Are you kidding me!! 6 months of waiting trying to get my dog help and 2 days before you have No one employed who is qualified enough.... Today I just called about my cat who is limping and favoring his right hip/foot and I was informed that if I brought him in they would most likely send him off to the emergency vet. So other then getting your animals fixed, shots or their temp taken i highly do not recommend. I pay them hundreds of dollars a month to not get help when it is actually needed and to have to pick up animal prescriptions at safeway.. This post is only referring to the location across from the south hill mall I would like to add. I am taking my lab to a different location in hopes for any kind of service.

Worst vet I’ve ever been to. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, facilities were dirty and they don’t even bother to pick up dog poop. Asked me to put my dog on the scale when there was a piece of poop right in the middle of the scale. Took my dog in for an exam and they said he had an ear infection but told me to schedule a separate appointment which would be days later, rather than treating him that same day or at the very least prescribe medication. When asked how long ear cleaning takes, they said 10-15 minutes but refused to treat my dog when we were already there.
