If I could id give zero stars. When I started going here 7 years ago it was a good place. They have seen my girl for 7 years. This last visits with them though blew my mind of how awful an office can be to their pets and family. My pup was urinating blood and multiple times when urinating she would cry. I brought her to banfield. They charged for and office visit and a urinalysis completely understandable. Urinalysis came back no issues no crystals no bacteria. I asked what the next step was the girl on the phone said we can put her on a food diet see if that works or we can do xrays for 300 or we can do ultra sound for $6,800.00 I was blown away I had to repeat it I said 6800 or 6-8 hundred she repeated 6 thousand 8 hundred I was like wow! Thats crazy. So we tried the diet and a follow up appointment when we brought her into the follow up appointment her appetite had declined so we asked for an xray they then quoted my husband 600 for a normal xray and 800 for and advanced xray. We said thats not what was quoted over the phone. So instead we had her see the Dr for just a normal follow up. The doctor said he did an over the belly ultrasound and he sees sediment and just keep her on the diet when the office staff called me to talk yo me about it they were very rude i had to ask to speak to the doctor because of how they accused me of not giving my dog ear meds which I was doing it [this was a issue she was having on top of her bladder issue] . And come back in for a follow up in 2 weeks to check her ears and urinating problems . Paid 355 at my first appointment 355 at this appointment. 2 weeks came around my dog has lost substantial weight I got to check her in and the nurse came to do an intake and asks questions as if we've havent been their for this same issue in the past month and a half. Talking about a urinalysis and how long has this been happening. I was mind blown! My thought was what the heck is going on. Then when they call me to say that a urinalysis is not necessary (yeah because she already had one) they then say let go with the xray it will be 400 dollars now a different price I was again lost for words how may different prices for xrays do they have? They also said they wanted to do a blood panel... why wasnt this done in the first appointment I dont know. I said ok to the blood panel and if the blood panel shows nothing we will go with the xray. Dr Gray calls me to tell me the blood panel looks fine and our next step is an xray for 400 or a ultrasound I said I dont have 6800 for an ultrasound she said 6800? No one said it was 6800 I said yes and TRIED to explain my conversation but Dr gray kept cutting me off and gas lighting me as if I was crazy saying they would never say 6800 maybe 1000 but not 6800. I at that point told her to talk to my husband and to call him because I didnt want to deal with her and hung up on her. She never called my husband so my husband called in to see if we can pick up our pet and the office staff kept picking up his calls and hanging up. So finally we got through and we were able to get our pet back after paying ANOTHER 355. Called another well reputable vet and they quoted us 80 for a ultrasound! The other vet in one day found that my pup has a bladder tumor in a spot that cant be removed and their are meds she can take to keep her comfortable for the next few days or weeks until its time for us to say good bye. Banfield had my pup suffering for more money. NEVER AGAIN! If you dont want to get taken advantage of find a vet that cares about your pet and your family not the dollar signs.

Vet Staff was unprofessional and very impatient. Unfortunately, I think the doctors are great, but my experience with the NURSING staff (front desk) at THIS location was disappointing. They appeared unmotivated disengaged and easily upset, and I felt that basic professionalism and attentiveness were lacking.
Communication was extremely poor task, felt rushed calls, felt they were lacking of detail. I’d expect a veterinary staff to be proactive, organizing and compassionate in this visit did not meet those expectations and I hope that management addresses accountability and customer service standards moving forward.

Every single time I have had to call this place for our dog to get an appointment or to get a prescription refill or anytime I’ve had to show up at this location has typically always been on a weekend and anytime that we have to do anything here we unfortunately have the displeasure of dealing with a receptionist by the name of Sierra. She is rude, condescending, disrespectful, far from professional, and extremely far from courteous. When you ask, what did she say at the counter because she talks so quick and sometimes quiet and you happen to be hard of hearing from your time in the military she shouts it back at you in an extremely disrespectful tone as if she is saying, how dare you make me say it again.
When confronting the situation asking why nobody has called us back to let us know that the doctor is out of the office until Monday when we left a voicemail on Wednesday and it is now Sunday she says it is not our job to call you back. It is your job to have patience.
Do whatever you can to avoid this place and take your business to another veterinary clinic that actually cares about your pets and care cares about customer service

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
