  Terrible customer service. My four year old daughter was denied buying two 29 cent goldfish because her fish tank was not big enough, according to the employee. Would not recommend. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

  It was amazing. I got a few things for my aquarium and they were super knowledgeable and led me down the right path. Kimberlin was so nice and made me very confident in my decision not to get a betta fish. I did not know there were so many different types of bettas fish and Petco has you covered and at a better price.

  Me and my wife came in to buy some guppy’s they asked what size tank and we said what size, then we asked if we can have males so we have no babies, they say there all together.. then the lady says I don’t have to sell you.. then we go to manager and he doesn’t care how she is being we say we just want the guppy’s we told her everything and he is like I have to talk to her the managers name was cruse or close to this and I said what you name and he answered with hesitation and I said ok I am gonna have to call over you cuz you are not being right.. we shop at Petco 4 to 5 times a week.. so disappointing.. and I hope some one does something cuz there gonna loose a value customer that spends thousands there.. pasco petco

  Terrible customer service. The girl question me about my purchase of 3 guppies, how big my tank was , what other fish, what kind of fish and I told her I had a ten gallon tank and I had plenty of room and knew exactly how to care for the fish , she went on to say she can refuse service if I didn’t answer her questions. We then asked for manager and he wasn’t helpful at all. This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Petco , especially for fish that would have been well taken care of.

  Everyone's so helpful when it comes to any questions needing to be answered helping find products and making my Teddy bear feel so safe and lived he loves his puppy spa days!
