I have nothing bad to say about the staff and the visit as a whole. The vet is knowledgeable and kind and the techs are pleasant and very sweet with my dogs. This is a great service since I work during the week I can get my dogs vaccinations done on a Saturday. My only complaint is the fact that every time I bring one of my dogs in for a scheduled appt they can't find us. They eventually find it, but there is a lot of back and forth. I've checked in via text and confirmed the appt and done everything I'm supposed to on my end, still the problem occurs every single time. I don't see it happening with people ahead of me in line, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
