  Rachael was absolutely amazing. As a new pup parent, I had a lot of questions, and she answered every single one with incredible patience and genuine care. She walked me through the best methods for washing a new puppy, recommended the right products, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about both the dogs and their owners. The experience was welcoming, informative, and stress free for me and my pup. I couldn’t have asked for better guidance or service. Highly recommend The Soggy Doggy and especially Rachael!

  It was recommend by a few people that I should bring my dog here, boy where they right. The store portion is amazing (found a great toy for my seam ripping, stuffing flinging, knot untieing K9 friend) good toy section, good treat section , Rachel was very friendly and knowledgeable. The self wash area is great, no hunching over my bathtub anymore sweating my but off whilst wrestling an agile escape artist for me. The setup is straight forward and easy to use, not having to bring my own soap was nice because I forgot it, towels and ear cleaning and facial wash stuff was nice too, and a blow dryer. Ill definitely be coming in for regular visits.

  I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Sarah C and Rachel W at Soggy Doggy Normandy! I’ve been coming here regularly for years, and every single time I come in for a nail trim, they treat my little dogs like absolute royalty. They are so kind, patient, and genuinely caring—it’s clear how much they love what they do. The level of care and attention they give is unmatched, and it always puts a huge smile on my face. Because of them, I tell all my friends about Soggy Doggy Normandy—this is truly the BEST place for your pups! If you want your dogs to be treated with love, care, and kindness, this is the place to go. Sarah and Rachel make every visit feel special, stress-free, and just plain amazing. They are the absolute best, and I’m so grateful for them every single time I come in. Seriously, Soggy Doggy Normandy is the best in ALL—hands down, no question. Thank you so much for everything you do! You make my dogs happy, and that makes me happy too!

  I can't believe I was wasting money on getting my dog professionally groomed because my bath tub at home cant handle my dogs hair. On a whim I decided to give this place a try and its awesome. The prices are extremely fair, they even provide shampoo and conditioner although I prefer to use my own and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely found my new go-to place for me and my pup.
