We had no idea when we called theat this clinic doesn't "do" small dogs anymore, this clinic was our vet for a refill of her perception she has been on for the last 8 years.
We called for a refill and were told " we no longer do small animals" and they will not fill the perception. So beware. Just when you think you have the best care from your vet, this can happen to anyone. The worst part of this is they don't care about it.

Cruel business. I'm still grappling with their treatment of my sick pup 5 years later. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
In late 2020 we took our sick 14 yr old Westie to be put down, and were told we weren't allowed to be there when she left because of covid policies. Policies made of their own volition, not state mandated. The woman then stood by our car while our children were having last moments with their beloved pet and pretended to care. This was a family moment, not a moment for some fake person to stand by and watch my children cry over their dying pet. Then she takes our Westie and just walks inside. That was it. We never got to see her off. This has been an ongoing talked about issue in our family for five years. So I'm finally posting this.

This employee literally cut me off while driving a loaded semi. Took the entrance from Old 99 Hwy heading south on I-5 and jumped in front of me in the center lane. He was eating a sandwich while driving so obviously didn't pay attention at all, didn't check his mirrors and surroundings.
What kind of dangerous driver he is, de facto representing your business!
So let me teach you something a$hat...
The empty space in front of a semi is NOT FOR YOU TO SQUEEZE IN!
It's called a SAFETY SPACE CUSHION. If you don't know what that is, Google it or best: returning to a driving school to learn about it.
Especially between two semis as you did, if the one in front of me breaks or has an emergency, I don't have the room to do it safely. And you in-between, I'll let you guess what your white pickup truck would look like...
