I scheduled last week for a full grooming for my small breed dog and they said I could bring my large breed in anytime for a nail clip. She told me to make sure we were up to date on rabies vaccine or they couldn’t be seen. I showed up to my appointment and she said they had my dog down for a bath only. I said that wasn’t right and I booked for a full groom. She went to grab the other gal who works there, who apparently was the one who talked to me, and as she was looking at the computer the first gal asked if I have the rabies certificates for the dogs. I showed her the tags and she said they couldn’t accept that and wouldn’t be able to touch the dogs anyway now without the rabies certificates. I asked why the certificate wasn’t mentioned when I spoke to them on the phone last week to book the appointment; which she replied with “I don’t know mam, this is the first time I’m speaking with you.” So we left and said we would go elsewhere. Very frustrating!!!
