The most irresponsible and unresponsive place I've ever been and to trust to have my baby dug in their hand. I was there 6 weeks ago, the Dr. prescribed a medication, 7 days later I called in in regard the allergy reaction to the medication. Someone said will call me back the same day or the next day, i received a call 10 days later, doctor saying I was not available to call, she said she will order different medication to pharmacy and today is the day 15, I haven't seen anything from them to my pharmacy. I called in, no one answer the calls and respond back to voicemail. Now, tomorrow is her next follow up appointment(45 days past) and still no luck to get a simple prescription for her. If these pets are animals to you guys, they are our family member and we love them to death. I'd not recommend anyone to get to a place that they don't value the life of your pets.

I have been paying for the plan for two dogs for over 3 years, and it has been two months since I made an appointment and they canceled and rescheduled, making excuses, even within the establishment, to not see me. I always make an appointment in advance and whenever I take my dogs to the unit they always treat me badly and invent a thousand things to not see me. I am extremely disappointed with this plan and this place. I am going to cancel and I do not recommend that anyone take out health insurance or any consultation at this place.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
