I booked an appointment online for My sick dog 2 days ago online. I called the clinic earlier today, to confirm I had an appointment. After dozens of phone calls I finally left a message, the recording said they checked their messages hourly. Well that was earlier today, I left my phone number asking them to confirm I had an appointment and no one ever got back to me. I arrived at the location and there was nobody in the reception area. I waited at 15 minutes for someone to finally come out of the back. At this point I was told that did not have an appointment and they couldn't see my dog. I drove an hour to get out here and I just wonder what type of service they would have given me when they can't get the basics of customer service right. I'll be going somewhere else. If you can't get the simple details right I certainly don't trust you to get the big details right.

Just got back from another cancelled appt because their vet, Leah Harris, called out again. While I understand that things happen & come up.. this is now the 3rd time I’ve been rescheduled due to the veterinarian calling out. I’ve been with Banfield for 20 years and this is crazy that since moving to the Mill Creek location.. this is a consistent thing that happens. I feel ready to move on from Banfield altogether.

Very sweet, friendly team. Wait times are long during appointments. Sometimes difficult to schedule appointments within a few days.

The most irresponsible and unresponsive place I've ever been and to trust to have my baby dug in their hand. I was there 6 weeks ago, the Dr. prescribed a medication, 7 days later I called in in regard the allergy reaction to the medication. Someone said will call me back the same day or the next day, i received a call 10 days later, doctor saying I was not available to call, she said she will order different medication to pharmacy and today is the day 15, I haven't seen anything from them to my pharmacy. I called in, no one answer the calls and respond back to voicemail. Now, tomorrow is her next follow up appointment(45 days past) and still no luck to get a simple prescription for her. If these pets are animals to you guys, they are our family member and we love them to death. I'd not recommend anyone to get to a place that they don't value the life of your pets.
