- KWKaren White6 days ago1.0Windows are filmed over so watching is no longer possible. I had not been in for a while so was not aware of this change prior to appointment.Therefore don’t know what happened to my dog. Wrote a review asking for contact because I got him back injured. Almost $2000 later in vet bills, still no contact and no explanation of what happened. Groomer did not mention any altercation or issues but had a pit bull in the back making a very loud ruckus the whole time. Stated it was her boyfriend’s dog when I asked about the commotion it was causing. My dog had a significant eyeball injury and bite mark on face when I got him back. Very disappointed with the lack of information and lack of contact from Petco. I will not do any further business with them. I would highly recommend anyone who cares about your pet, take them somewhere that you can watch the process.

Lexie is our favorite! She’s amazing, and Loki totally trusts her! Yesterday she was on vacation, so we saw Josh W, and he was awesome too! It’s just such a nice feeling when your pup is happy and cared for. We’re always excited to come back 🐾💕
