Lexie is our favorite! She’s amazing, and Loki totally trusts her! Yesterday she was on vacation, so we saw Josh W, and he was awesome too! It’s just such a nice feeling when your pup is happy and cared for. We’re always excited to come back 🐾💕
- SKStephen KnoeflerOct 19, 20251.0I took my Japanese chin today to get groomed and they would not allow him to be grown because their computer system isn’t connected to the other stores veterinary system. My son brought in a copy of the rabies information along with the tag and they still would not accept that information even though it was from the same Company Petco. I will never ever bring my dog to this location again and will also be telling both my friends and colleagues not to patronize this location at all! Pretty bad customer service if you do say so myself!!!

Whether is a bath and brush, or a haircut she somehow knows exactly what is best for our dog. He has become so comfortable with her and comes home looking and feeling great every time. I’m grateful that we found her right away and that we’ll get to continue to see her going forward. We have also seen the lead stylist, Josh, who also took amazing care of our precious pup. The staff is knowledgeable and care deeply about each fur family member who comes into the salon.
