Just seems different lately no one seems to want to be there but they are. Not as friendly as it used to be and I always have a problem with using my rewards and coupons not scanning. Not sure what's up there but I miss the happy faces and morale they used to have made me happy to go into. The probably is I don't have a choice to not go into for my animals due to weather. It's harder to get live feed for my animals online with colder weather. Maybe it's just that people are tired and life is harder for them both sure but maybe it's the company over working and under paying the employees. I hope his gets to the right person to help the store to get it back to where it once was.

I specifically asked when I called for the appointment, as well as mentioned during drop off to shave her paw pads, which did not happen. In addition, our dog came back with a dark mark under one of her eyes, which is not any kind of dirt/stain, was not present during drop off, and is still visible 24 hours later.
