They're not legitimate trainers - brought their own dog that was much too large and old to be playing with our small puppy. He was being rough and not responding to recall commands and we had to ask for our dog to be removed. Instead of giving us a chance to grab our dog the trainer picked up our dachshund entirely by his front shoulders (IVDD concern). We grabbed him from her immediately but it's disappointing to see such a lack of knowledge and training from the supposed trainer

- SLSamantha LoyukDec 14, 20252.0Olivia the “Doodle specialist” groomed our 2-year old pup. Our dog is known for LOVING EVERYONE but was scared of Olivia (dogs can sense stuff). From beginning to end, Olivia was rude. She shamed me about minor matting and said she would shave him BALD— and if she couldn’t get through it, I’d have to pick him up half way (partially cut), and he’d be my problem. She gave me a hard time about his vaccinations, which were up to date (rabies tag on, and I even called my vet). At check-in my toddler had to use the restroom (if you have little kids, you know there’s very little warning for these events)— she was unbothered, took her time, and continued to give me a hard time (at that point I should have left). She scheduled me a follow up grooming appointment without asking and was upset when I canceled it— she proceeded to “school me” on grooming responsibilities for this breed (insert more shame). Overall, a horrible experience (and haircut). $125 for a small dog (15lb) haircut. Will not return.
