- KBKimberly Bales2 days ago1.0I spent $210.00 on my newly adopted cat. I paid cash . After getting home I realized that I accidentally got the senior cat food instead of adult. My husband took the bag of food and receipt in the next day to exchange it. The cashier Wayne took my receipt and gave my husband a new one showing only the exchange. Now I have no receipt for exchanges on all the other items that I purchased. Stuck giving away anything that my cat won't like or use. And out all of the money spent on unused items. Wayne treated my husband as if he was bothered by having to show him where this brand of cat food was along a very large Wall. My husband has never been in your store before and probably won't be again. For me I would say I will be going elsewhere as well. Worst customer service in Longview Wa.

They have a apperal department with lots of choices in the smaller sizes. I wish there were a bigger selection for L and XL dogs. They have things for every holiday including treats and super cute clothes, harnesses and leashes. Great store which I highly recommend!

She pointed and said "if we have any they should be with ........." made me feel like she had better things to do with her time other than help a customer. Items are great, prices are a bit high comparatively, but rude employees I just too much.

Employee, Joseph McPherson, spent an incredible amount of time helping me reorder the food I needed. Joe's level of patience and expertise is so appreciated. I was shocked at his excellent level of customer service. Shocked because you don't really see that anymore. Thank you Joe!
