When I came to pick my puppy up, the groomer said she was not able to finish the grooming because the dog growled at her. My issue is that I was not contacted when my puppy was under that much stress and the groomer stated in front of the store manager that she didn't feel safe to continue with the grooming, because she was afraid of the dog bitting her, I understand about that however I should've been contacted immediately because my puppy was stressed and the groomer didn't feel safe. So Petco why was I not contacted immediately and why did the groomer keep my dog for 2 hours if she didn't feel safe. I was also charged full price for something that was half done. Not ok. I will not be back to Petco grooming services.
