These guys are very disorganised and have had poor communication over multiple visits. This last visit was the last straw where they recommended applying neosporin to my cats wounds which is toxic for cats. All trust is gone. Go somewhere else.

1 star is too generous for this heavily unprofessional location. I've had my cat's dental surgery scheduled for months and they called me 2 weeks before to cancel due to "staffing changes." It's taken me almost a year to save the money for this & they don't have any weekend appointments available until after my cats wellness plan ends. I cannot afford to miss work by scheduling on a weekday & am highly doubtful they would be able to fulfill that appointment either.
Essentially I've been paying almost $70 a month for almost a year for 2 visits (only 1 was needed, but since they obviously don't know how to restrain a scared and wriggly cat outside of trying to cover it with a towel, I had to come back a second time) & vaccinations, that's it. Now I won't be receiving the anesthesia dental appointment that comes with the plan.
On our most recent visit we showed up for our 5 pm appointment 10 minutes early & waited 1.5 hours in a freezing room for the doctor. And they still weren't able to perform pre surgery blood work because they again, do not know how to restrain a 15 year old cat who can't be still because he is terrified. 3 people working together couldn't do it.
I also had to repeat my questions multiple times because the staff is obviously exhausted by the end of the day & spread thin (maybe by the # of patients or the amount of work, I don't know), what I do know is that I ended up leaving with my concerns unanswered and unacknowledged, my cats care was compromised because of the staff.
Unqualified, unprofessional, uncaring, disorganized. Couldn't even get it together enough to provide a better estimate of costs (including the discount I would have received on the care plan that I can no longer use) for the dental extractions. I asked on multiple occasions for a detailed estimate.
If you truly care about your pet and the people they come in contact with, go somewhere else. This place might be ok for routine things like vaccines, but for anything beyond that, save yourself the headache and subpar care and go somewhere that truly cares about your pet.
Response not needed and any attempt to do so is really just for face saving. Spare me the fakery and do something to improve your location

I had a 7:15 am appointment. I explained to the person who made the appointment that I wouldn't have a lot of time because I had to go to work. She said it wb fine because it was a drop off appointment. I arrived early in hopes of making better time. There was another customer with a 7am appointment. We were let in at 7:00 but were told that the vet staff wasn't in yet. We waited. The 1st employee came in at 7:10, the second at 7:15 and the 3rd directly after. No one greeted us or came to the desk for a few more minutes. After the 1st appointment was checked in at 7:20, I explained that I needed to go to work. I was put in a room. I could hear the staff laughing and talking. I know they only have 1 appointment before me. At 7:35 I went back to the desk who said they wb right with me. Back in the room, I opened the door to the employee entrance and loudly said hello, hello. A employee came and I explained about work. A few minutes She came into the room and started the appointment. She was pleasent but I was late to work because the staff did not care, especially the front desk gal.

If this is for the Banfield in Lacey, worst experience ever if they would have had caught the issue with my dog, he would still be with me probably right now because I could’ve done something to at least give him longer A little bit longer to live I had taken my one year-old dog to Lacey‘s Banfield hospital because he had a mass of some sort on his snout and a big mass lump in his throat eye had a feeling it was cancer reason why I brought him in there in the first place they had first given me antibiotics saying that it looks like a abscessed of some sort so they prescribed me some antibiotics to see if the swelling would go down and had an appointment set up for I think a week or two out after about a week and a half it fell on a Friday it didn’t seem like it was getting any better if anything was getting worse and bigger so I had called them back and said listen doesn’t seem like it’s getting any better. It looks like it’s getting bigger. I need to take him in this Monday when they open they squeezed me in so when I brought them to them they might. I had my first visit cost me about $500 and some odd dollars close to 600 bucks and so here I am the following Monday or the Monday after a week and have whatever I bring them back in there and they start giving me another anabiotic or whatever or no they wanted to do an in-house test or whatever on his abscess is what they called it and it came back nothing but they kept pushing me to pretty much send it to the lab to get it professionally like done by a professional person that knows and has the right tools or whatever i’m size I was like I really don’t have the money. How much is it gonna cost? It’s like pretty much all I had left on my credit was like whatever couple hundred and of course that’s how much it cost was 300 and something bucks and got the results back and they said that it was non-cancerous and not a Tumor. Something didn’t seem right so I still went out and got him tested somewhere else and here comes a show that it was indeed cancer, and an aggressive cancer and he had a massive tumor and aggressive, spreading everywhere and yeah, so now my dog passed away I had I wanted to put them on the car tear plan that they had to be able to make it a little cheaper on me for all these exams and the lady was like oh I should you should just pay in full because you don’t wanna put them on a wellness plan because it’s a year long contract and what if he dies then you’re stuck paying a year long contract for a dog it’s dead and I looked at her like What the hell is wrong with you so that was like my worst experience ever they suck because now my dog is dead I’m heartbroken and they should be sued for malpractice

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
