  It was unremarkable. No real customer service unfortunately; no one notices you when you're walking in.. Luckily, I already researched what I needed to purchase. The only person who pays attention is the person at the register because you're right in front of them lol. They are pricey. It's close to my home which is why I didn't go to PetSmart this time. I won't make that mistake any longer.

  Usual Petco things at decent-ish prices. The reason for 2 stars being 1) that I called on 3 separate occasions to get a simple clip and buff for my dogs nails. No one answered so I just went in during advertised grooming hours, the person was in the back on their headphones, apparently too busy to answer the phone. 2) Their website advertised prices are different than their in-store pricing, not that bad but $2 is $2. 3) Even though I take my dog in that store all the time, they required him to have papers (like 1940's Germany or the Covid hysteria era) as in vaccine shot records, in my posession/on me, which I did not have, so they turned us away. I also did not see the vaccine paper requirement on their website in plain site. I will not be going back, there are plenty of less expensive online places anyway.
