I was here twice. Both times friendly staff approached me quickly and helped me find what I need. Everything was fully stocked and prices were clearly labeled. The first time I went was 2 months ago to get a 10 gallon, plants and substrate. The tank was only 20 bucks. Second time I got a 20 gallon, fish food, ceramic media and bottled bacteria. Before i checked out they let me know the 20 gallon would be half off next week. I came in and got it and my other stuff. When I called to ask if they had the 20 gallon they went above and beyond finding the one with the exact measurements I gave them. I think they were more excited than me that they were in stock lol. I just moved here I was not expecting this level of customer service at a petco. You just don't see it often. Keep it up I'll see you again soon!

Update: so you want me to call another store that doesn't answer to handle my concern about not answering!? That makes all of the sense. I only go here out of necessity. I'm not sure why they have a phone if they can't ever answer it in the grooming shop. They have a voicemail but I didn't get called back either. Unreal.

A huge thank you to the Lake Stevens Petco store and the manager, James!!! First off, all the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. A few days ago, I went in and bought a large amount of the puree cat treats in the tubes, and somehow, by mistake, several of them didn't get scanned when I was checking out. I actually feel it is partially my fault because I am a very social person, and I like to talk a lot, sometimes too much; and I was talking to her the whole time she was checking me out. I believe I distracted her which caused her to miss the ones that didn't get scanned. Anyway, when I got home and looked at my receipt, I called the store immediately so I could pay for the items; and although I insisted on paying, the manager, James wouldn't let me. He told me not to worry about it and that they would just take it as a loss. I will definitely be going back to that Petco!! Thank you again James!!
