- NBNunya BusinessFeb 16, 20262.0I was in the store and there was a couple with their dog. They were clearly training. The dog was very overstimulated and they were working through it. Several times an employee came over and asked if they dog was ok because he seemed so scared. The dog was VERY CLEARLY not afraid. Fear and excitement are very different. Each time the employee came over she was very loud and "whiney", making unnecessary comments. She was told many times the dog wasn't scared and they were training. Was the dog a little loud at times? Yes. Was it louder than other dogs? No. Was there any cause for concern? Absolutely not. The employee was making the woman with the dog incredibly uncomfortable. If this happened to me, I wouldn't return. Please train your employees in dog language or at least sensitivity training.
