- KSKarla SantanaApr 21, 20265.0I have a German Sheperd who is reactive towards other dogs and they always treat him so good I feel really comfortable about bringing him here specially since in the past taking him to a vets office was really stressful they also take their time with him and addressing any concerns we have which is really appreciated

My dog could not quit sniffing and that has never happened before then they took us into room four the floor was so filthy That my dog could not relax he just kept sniffing and Smelled so much stuff on the floor. It’s never happened in any veterinarian office or this office in the past I feel also that the couch they have me sit on at hair and debris all over it. I am very upset about how dirty my visit was in the clinic and if discontinues I most likely will not be coming Take one more time to see something like this

We could not stay as we been thru this before with another pet. My husband is not able to go thru this again. Banfield team offers the utmost in care. From begging to end. I will tell everyone these folks are professional and offer all the services in one place that you may need. As we morn our pet, we will remember your services and caring team. Thank you.

You won't be disappointed with their care! The front office staff, vet assistants & vet technicians are absolutely wondeful as well!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
