Literally no customer service whatsoever and it’s so distasteful when you can’t even talk to customers without sounds like you don’t even want to be there. Not coming back to this shop knowing this guys is here. Like it’s late at night and he doesn’t have any awareness and is on his phone. Holy cow.
- HHHMMar 12, 20262.0The employees were friendly and helpful but the self-cleaning stations were really dirty. The shampoo and conditioner provided felt like diluted soap. There were two brush options that did not work for our dog. I think making good products available for use could make a pet parent purchase after use. What was supposed to be a fun experience for the family (we adopted a dog a few days ago) was still fun, but also stressful because of the conditions. If we would have had time to drive to Petco Plus (where we knew it would be clean), we would have but we were in a time crunch. Our new dog needed a bath desperately. We will not be back here.

While there exploring all the different options my toddler had to pee really bad and we just traveled quite a bit to get there but when I asked the employee he said they don't have public restrooms and the closest one was not convenient to say the least but we ended up leaving without any fishes and a full bladder. Exceptions are that children or anyone who has medical conditions they should be able to accommodate but I guess that was too much to ask for. Won't be going back there and don't recommend
