    I had a very disappointing experience at this Petco. I came in today at 3pm to exchange an item I had just purchased an hour earlier, and while the associate who was helping me was polite and apologetic, the store manager was extremely rude and dismissive. When the system couldn’t locate my transaction, instead of calmly explaining or offering possible solutions, the manager slid my receipt back to me and said there was nothing she could do. She continued to speak to me in a condescending manner even after I had stopped responding. Her tone and attitude were completely unnecessary, especially since I was calm and simply trying to resolve an issue with a purchase I had just made. I understand technical issues happen, but customer service makes all the difference. The associate who helped me showed professionalism and kindness, but unfortunately, the manager’s behavior left me with a very negative impression of this location. My one star is for the associate who was nice to me.

    Horrible attitude from a specific worker. They were slow and did nothing as I walked in even though it was not busy. When I asked for assistance (a simple question to inquire about an online order), I got attitude. The way she spoke to me was unnecessary and rude. Next thing you know (next day), my online order was randomly cancelled.
