  After not being happy with the grooming services. Shelby, jumped in to hear my story without any hesitation or judgement. I watched her be patient with customers and the staff. She was able to resolve my issue with no problem. She is the only reason I will continue to go to this location.

  To the lady chatting when I asked her if someone could ring me up. Instead of saying “you just have to wait”. Maybe try to find out where the cashier is because I have been waiting. Hence, the reason why I started looking for someone to help me out. I’ll try to keep my expectations low next time when I visit this store in crime infested East Hill Kent.

  There Apps sucks... Everytime I log in to get my rewards it always "oops something went wrong tre again" I have brought this to managers attention they always say have you reloaded the app and I have. Getting tired of the BS. They just don't want you to get the free back of dog food you have earned. I'm shopping at PetSmart

  I am quite surprised by the disrespectful treatment we received from two female employees at this establishment. They closely monitored us from the moment we entered until we were preparing to leave. It took me a bit longer to select what I wanted as I was trying to find a good color and avoid picking an unhealthy fish, as we are able to discern the difference. I was searching for a particular one and was indecisive, which extended my selection time. We felt as though we were being watched as if we were doing something wrong. After finally choosing our two betta fish, we were stopped by the two employees who informed us that they would not sell us the fish, stating that they would consume each other. Their tone was far from kind; they were very intense and disrespectful in their communication. We had selected a male and a female fish. The ladies informed us that the fish would kill each other if placed together. We explained that we were aware of this and understood how to care for these types of fish. They both then told us that we could not purchase the betta fish from them and requested that we hand the fish over to them. Horrible customer service.

  I went here looking for a specific product in store, and after finding it and seeing it was 4 dollars more than the Petco.com price online I was told they would price match, and the employee was nice and looked like she was adjusting the price, then I saw on my credit card that it wasn't actually discounted after the final sale and I paid the more expensive price:( bummer I threw away the receipt, but a good lesson to make sure the correct price is on your receipt before leaving!
