If you get a new puppy, ask about the puppy package! Coupons for all the things you need for a new fur baby! The employees here were awesome and so nice.

If I could rate zero stars I would. If you’re thinking about coming to this Petco, please don’t, this place is a joke. The staff, including Shelby who is one of the managers, were rude and acted lost over basic questions. If bare minimum effort and an snarky attitude is the vibe you’re after, congrats. Otherwise, save yourself the headache.

horrible customer service and the manager was absolutely a rude person. Needed a feeder mouse for my snake and right from the get-go they were just extremely rude about the whole situation would not double box the mouse so it wouldn’t escape in my car would not recommend this Petco to anybody . ended up, just not buying the mouse and going elsewhere
