The vet and assistant were very kind and gentle. The only thing I wasn't expecting when I had an appointment was to stand in line and wait for 15 - 20 minutes to get my cat vaccinated. I expected to have an appointment for when I. had it scheduled. It was a bit stressful for my indoor cat. Other than that, I liked the process and the vet and assistant.
