Nevermind the fact they told me verbatim in front of me IN THE STORE that a refund would be hitting my card "within a few days" after I didn't pick the item up. You're left to fight to get your money back through their "customer service" number. I'm still waiting for my money back after MONTHS!! I'll NEVER be back. Go to PetSmart.
