    Showing up on the appointment date is frustrating when the staff/s will tell you, “sorry we cannot take your dog because of the matted hair” that’s the reason to make the appointment to get the matted hair

    Its like clock work every other month or so my dog is supposedly severely matted and becomes naked mole rat.

    It was a great experience. It was our first time at the JBLM location and we loved it. The stylist was super friendly and kind with my fur baby. My dog came out looking super cute and fresh. We’re definitely going back soon.

    Worst grooming experience I’ve had. They cut our dog (okay it happens), then informed us that it was company policy that they don’t give us our dog back, and they take her to the vet…. Ummm no thanks. After fixing that situation, they didn’t even have a plan of where to take injured pets. They just gave us a sheet with emergency vets (we had to go to 4 emergency vets before we found one that wasn’t full). They then informed me that she couldn’t be groomed here anymore (not like I was going back) and blamed it on our dog being a “wiggler”…. Even though she had been groomed there multiple times and they told us she was perfect. She’s 9, been groomed in 2 different countries and 5 states without anyone else mentioning this. I requested numerous calls back from management and haven’t heard anything in weeks. Don’t bother.
