Manager, Trey, assured me that he'll go through the video footage and follow up. Been over a month- No follow up yet. The Petco grooming tab says that my dog is blocked from this location due to "Behavioral Issues". This is the same dog who has consistently been praised as very well-behaved by multiple groomers at this and other Petco Grooming salons over the past four years. Also, my dog had 3-4 cuts on his belly from rough handling during grooming.
