It’s not the first time this happens: they call you one day before the appointment saying that doesn’t work and ask for rescheduling.. and claiming it’s your fault to book something online without their permission. seriously?

Copper and I had a conversation about his leg pain and "We" decided it was time to talk to a doctor. Since only one if us can speak to them he wanted me to drive him (as if i don't have other things to do) but alas, I was resigned to taking him. Now finding a vet is easy, they are everywhere, but finding one that will treat him was a challenge. Banfield was happy to have him, they were gentle, caring, and showed compassion with his nervousness. In and out in an hour, all shots and some nee drugs. On the way home Copper told me about a poodle he saw, apparently he has a crush. Check them out if you need a quality vet in Issaquah.

I was able to get an appointment within the same week for a Rabies vaccine prior to international travel. I was seen on time, my pup received his shot and medication refill, and we were in and out within 15 minutes! I have been to many Banfields across the country and this has been my best experience! Thanks team.
