Reception checked us in quickly, the assistant brought us to the examination room almost immediately, and the doctor came in shortly after that. There was very little wait time. The doctor explained everything in depth, so we were clear on our instructions. More importantly, our pets felt relatively comfortable during the visit. Sometimes, that can be a challenge. So far, we are extremely happy with our choice.

Keeps in mind my fixed income when billing and discussing treatment options. Services are reasonably priced and I'm never subject to guilt pressure sales. This is important to me as other local vet who shall not be named but it rhymes with shady does as a regular practice. I will always use Raintree. A dear friend had to put down her 17 year old Yorkie and they got her in quick and dealt with compassion and care for my friend who had lost 3 best friends in the space of 6 months. I regularly bring my 2 Chihuahua mix dogs in for nail trims. Price is comparable and they take them back into a treatment area where I am not required to hold them still as the "mobile groomers" I've had in the past. I don't get upset that they're upset and they don't work themselves into a panic putting on a show for mom. My female is a bit of a drama queen who screams like a human adult woman when she sees a pair of clippers so this scenario is perfect for me. I don't hear a thing and they quickly complete the process. Never cutting into the quick , never a speck of blood even though I'm quite sure Susan thrashes like a mosh pit dancer at a stadium concert
