Since I hadn’t heard about my order, I decided to call and thankfully I did because it really wasn’t in stock there, yet online said “in stock” when I placed the order and paid, but was cancelled unbeknownst to me and of course the store. I needed this item desperately that day, while on the phone with me, he was able to call someone, find out the status, get my money refunded, and locate another suitable replacement for me (also last one in stock) and held for me until I got there to pick up. First time using this Petco location and because of this outcome it will now be my place of choice! Thank you and so much appreciated!!

A few days later, I returned to purchase a few items. The cashier was very informative and friendly. The following day, I brought our puppy in for an appointment. Our regular vet was very busy, so we wanted to get our puppy seen for an exam and vaccinations. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly on their website. Unlike our regular vet and a few other places I called, you only pay for the vaccinations you receive here. The vet was an older gentleman who was quiet but knowledgeable. The assistant was also friendly and informative. They have a veterinarian on staff every Thursday and Sunday, I believe. The store was always clean during my visits.

You will be making a right hand turn at some point if you came off Route 16. This Store is handicapped friendly with handicapped parking spaces. The store is very clean and fully stocked with many brands to choose from. Some prices are a bit higher for similar items that you can get on Amazon or at Walmart and some are lower. Do your research. The staff is friendly and so helpful. Very knowledgeable. You can bring your doggies into the Store as well. Keep your pet on a shorter leash and avoid confrontation with other pets. In case you pet has an accident they have a cleaning station where you can get poop bags and sanitary wipes to wipe the floor. We had a super positive experience and we highly recommend this store to everyone.
