Although no one had customers, I was not acknowledged for a few minutes. Finally the lady clerk closest to me looked at me. I asked where is the shot clinic? She paused and very animatedly asked “Are YOU ok?” I repeated my question. The male cashier pointed and gave me directions where to go. When it was time to check out no one acknowledged me again. I asked the blue haired girl if she could help me. She started to ask the rude lady to ring me up but I told her I don’t want her helping me. So the blue haired girl rang me up and everything was good. The shot clinic was great. The intake tech was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The doctor and assistant were very kind and asked questions to make me and my pup 🐶 feel comfortable.

Igot there about 20 minutes before the appointment time.they said to have a seat and they would be with us in a few minutes. Before that person left another came out and filled out the paper work. Took him and he got the rabies and three other shots and we paid and left still before our appointed time. Friendly people and efficient.
