Despite having an early appointment, I encountered a delay in receiving assistance due to the staff not being prepared to commence their shift. Additionally, I noticed unevenness in the hair around my dog's eyes, which I had to rectify myself. Despite these shortcomings, the overall grooming outcome was satisfactory.
- JFJoe FloOct 5, 20205.0Eva was the wonderful person that tended to our dog during our visit. She took the time to get to know my dog and catered to his needs. To be more specific my dog doesn’t like crates...at all. She let him sit in the room with the stylists instead of leaving him in a crate to freak out. It sounds cliché but I would give it a 20/10 if it was possible because it was above and beyond any other experience. This was my dogs second time going to the salon and the first time was at PetSmart down the street. He was terrified after the visit at PetSmart. After the visit at Petco he was hype and he had such a good time. Eva took the time to get to know my dog and even gave him a personalized treatment to suit his needs. After the visitor she told me all about this visit and how to get him more use to getting his nails cut.(he hates it but she did a great job) She was very personable and did a great job of up-selling me on a better but not in a pushy way. To be honest I was scared my dog would freak because of his last experience of getting groomed but he loved it. I can’t wait to take my dog back. If you’re looking for a great groomer, ask for Eva. She’s the best!
