Wasted my time and gas bc of an uneducated girl claiming something was happening that wasn’t so make sure u don’t let your dog sneeze or they might suggest they have something else and need to be put to sleep with the knowledge they seem to have there smh

But was taking walk ins. Ontop of that wee wanted to have our cat groomed and nails trimmed. Unbeknownst to us using petco for the first time were told at first that we can't have our cat groomed because theres too many dogs around. Then the grooming lady states that the cat groomer is only available Tues. Wed. Thurs. So I said okay. You should maybe have that posted. Her response was We dont have a way of posting that. Then she back pedals and says that your pet policy states that you dont groom cats on the weekends. That is discriminatory. What kind of company policy does that? Then not have vital information such as that posted. I have pets. I have many friends who take their pets to your store. I will not only voice this with my friends and family but I will also reach out to my attorney about the gross discrimination I had to endure.
