This veterinary is only for basic things like teeth cleanings, mild flu, upset stomach,etc. But please, if you see or notice your pet might have something major. Do take your pet anywhere else with professionals. Yes I took my dog for years to this place but once he started with a bigger issue they did not know what it was and were just guessing. Even when they do x-rays they have to send it to an specialist for an explanation. My dog started developing heart disease so he started coughing more often. I took him here many times they were just guessing. Yes, once they told me it looked like his heart got bigger so maybe that's why or maybe he just needed cough medicine. Anyway, he got worse. I kept bringing him many times and no change, results or an explanation of what was going on. The last appointment I had here they told me to Think About Putting my dog down !! I was devastated, next day I had to get a second opinion, I took him to an emergency vet. They explained everything going on and all he needed was a medicine. And guess what, it's been a Year and my dog is living normal and well. Of course he has a different vet doctor now. Also I do not approve their silly appointment method to where you leave your pet all day there hungry or thirsty and we don't know if they're really being looked at! I also have examples but this is long enough.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
