  Lucy has been boarding and attending weekly daycare for almost four years – since she was a pup. From the very first, she claimed Hyline as her own. We looked at other options-some a bit fancier- but Lucy let me know clearly, “these are my people, this is my special place!” The staff are exceptionally skilled and do excellent jobs of individualizing care for the dogs in their care – from the initial assessment, and the thoughtful placements in playgroups, and the problem-solving interventions when things get a little spicy-as they sometimes do. I always feel confident that Lucy’s safety, welfare and happiness are priorities at Hyline. I observe that they go that extra mile to make things work, for Lucy and all other dogs too. And what really stands out is the fun, loving and accepting space that staff create at Hyline. And the little extras, like cool pictures and special birthday parties, make the Hyline experience stand out. You can see the joy on the dogs faces as they approach the door. Lucy starts barking in anticipation once we turn into the drive and she is always welcomed with kindness and excitement. Hyline is Lucy’s second family and an important part of her life. I highly recommend them.

  Hyline has been our go-to since we first moved to the area— we so appreciate the amazing staff and the care they put into boarding and daycare services! Their initial intake and needs assessment was thorough and the play group pairing is thoughtful and kept at a much more manageable size. We enjoy getting the photo updates each day :) Highly recommend!

  Byline Hotel has always taken excellent care of my dogs. Even noticed a UTI with one of them and took a sample to the vet while I was out of town. My two doggie love going there.

  I have used Hyline for both boarding and grooming and am beyond impressed with their staff and facility. I was nervous to board my dog reactive senior dog but that quickly went away after speaking with the staff and touring the facility. Mack was totally unbothered when I picked him up and loved everyone there. (He usually prefers women over men but he dragged me over to a male employee to get pets the last time I picked him up from boarding) I also loved the daily picture updates! And the groomer is amazing for making my scruffy old guy look so distinguished! So grateful for Hyline :)

  Our gigantic Long Haired German Shep pup really needed this opportunity- some delayed socialization for reasons out of our control... he absolutely adored the team at Hyline, who very conscientiously put him in the BEST play group. He was so excited for his second day today I could hardly contain him!!!!
