    Been coming here for years as a faithful customer. There have always been little grievances, but nothing major. Those few things being they never trimmed my one dogs nails well, one of my dogs always left with a Mohawk from not being dried properly, and my other dog kept getting ear infections because they were too rough cleaning her ears. I’ve always tipped well, $20 per dog or 20%, so that hopefully my dogs would get treated well. I understand the dogs get stressed easily at the groomer so I try to be kind. Well, today was the last straw. I asked the front desk lady yesterday if I could bring my dogs in early to their 4:00 appt, by 2.5 hours (1:30) I said I wanted to keep my appointment at 4:00 and just bring them in early if possible. She said she would let me know. I received a text last night saying I could bring them in at one. Since I specified not changing the appt, I assumed this meant I could bring them in as early as one. Well, I brought them in at 1:30 like I said I was going to. Abby changed my appointment to 1:00 without asking me or calling me to let me know of the change; the only notice I got was the text. I got there and she was immediately defensive and asked me what happened and why I was late. Abby kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me speak, even though I was not animated or upset (to begin with). I had to ask her to “please let me speak” (this is exactly how I worded it) about 6 times before she would stop cutting me off her response was “I am letting you speak” in a short tone (kind of ironic, lol). I said I spoke to the girl on the phone yesterday and said I just wanted to bring them in early, not change my appointment. Abby said I had no choice, that if I was going to bring my dogs in several hours early it meant I was changing my appointment. I said no, I specifically requested I keep the 4:00 appointment, and explained that I had told the girl that if that wasn’t possible to bring them in early I understood. The girl standing next to Abby said she heard me say 1:00 but when I asked who i spoke to on the phone she said the girl at the front desk. I asked if she overheard that conversation (the only person I spoke to yesterday) and she said no. So idk what she overheard. I would have been fine with the outcome, I understand misunderstandings occur, but the way I was treated was far from professional. I am far from a Karen, I have worked in the service industry for a long time and know what it’s like. I would not have been upset if I was treated with respect. Instead I got yelled at, lied to, and talked down to. At the end I told her I hope she has a better day from whatever is happening (genuinely) and she responded with “actually my day was going pretty well until you.” I was not once rude to her. I was simply trying to explain the misunderstanding. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I just cannot believe how I was treated. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I will not be coming back.
