But what inspired me to write this review was my interaction this morning. I was having the worst morning. Just one of those, if it could go wrong it will. And the cashier checking me out must’ve picked up on it and started asking me how I was and making small talk. But she did it in the best way, she was SO polite and SO uplifting. I actually left the store in a better mood than when I came in. She had a black lip ring a medium brown hair, I believe. Deserves a raise! Haha

The girl said yes you take it to the Skigt Humane Society. At no point did she say you do not get a refund I did not even have the kitten for 24 hours mind you. A little confused that maybe I may be at fault for not asking so they don’t say without asking?? First time adopting didn’t know but it would have been better if I had be told it’s just not good customer service to not give all the facts.
- DTdiane thompsonOct 17, 20251.0Hello, I would not like to post my review as it would not be a good one. I took my dog that I got about 10 years ago after I lost my Husband. I asked for a wash and cut as I am on a tight budget. I was offered nail buffing and teeth cleaning. After a short period of time I agreeded even tho I said he did not like nails buffed. After 3 `/2 hour, now my dog is small and his appointment was 8:15am I was told he was finally ready. When I picked him up she said hed did not like his nails buffed! After taking him home he only wanted to lay down and seemed glassy eyed and sleepy. Time before last they gave him CBD of which I siad I did not want given to him again. It was never mentioned while signing him in this time. However at 1:00am is was still sleepiy and had not eaten all day. Drinking very little water so I stayed up until I could not keep my eyes open because I wanted to make sure he was still breathing. I will NEVER bring him to Petco again, as he has been going for over 5-6 years. I wlil also be sure anyone and everyone I can tell will hear my story.
