They added on additional charges without my consent and didn’t tell me until I came to pick up my dog. Every other groomer I have worked with prior to this would’ve called me before making changes and adding fees. I agreed to a certain amount, and then they changed it twice. They added on two additional fees and I ended up paying almost $150 for a simple dog grooming and my dog is only 9 pounds. Save yourself, the hassle of dealing with rude and entitled workers and go somewhere else.
