He took his time explaining everything and showed genuine patience and extra care with my 14-year-old boy. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood all the details, especially when it came to dental hygiene and preventive steps for my senior pup. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the visit even more comfortable. It’s such a relief to find a vet office that truly listens and treats older dogs with the compassion they deserve. I highly recommend Dr. West and his team!

The vet was great and performed a comprehensive exam as expected and addressed the concerns I expressed. The receptionist and staff were also very nice however we got charged $80+ because it was apparently considered more than a wellness exam. I felt scammed in my opinion especially since I signed up through the promotion for this on the website. It did not sit well with me. I at least should have been made aware beforehand that this would not be considered a wellness exam even though looking at the website, it looks like checking the skin and coat is included in the wellness criteria. The exam was about 10 minutes as well so I can’t imagine how a wellness exam would’ve been so different. To be clear, it was less about the charge and rather more about honoring the promotion that was advertised which did not sit right with me. I advise not to trust the promotional content on the website as it was misleading.
