Update: They are making this right by getting us a new certificate. Very thankful!
They spelled my fur baby's name wrong so now I have a cremation certificate for Ruffus instead of Rufus. They said there's nothing they can do to fix it.

Selling subscriptions not pet care. All they do is push their monthly subscription on you. I have been to vets all over the country. No one orders as many tests and random things as this vet does. The doctor didn't even exam my dog before demanding blood work that costs 400 dollars, and when asked could not articulate why except to check on things. When I explained I could not afford that he became upset, and tried to force the monthly plan on me. I do not like subscriptions, and I do not trust them at all so I am not interested in that. After saying no over and over again the doctor wrote me an incorrect script for my dogs medication, and told me that he would not fill it anymore.
When you call the answering machine pushes the monthly on you, its all they ever talk about, and its all they care about.
Take your pet somewhere else.

The worst experience I have ever had at a vet. This vet just wants you to sign up for this monthly membership. They will force you into expensive tests and blood work you can't afford, and then sell you a solution by joining their monthly program. The vet threatened to cut my dog off his medication that he has been taking for years with no issues if I didn't do 400$ blood work. When I asked for any other solutions because I couldn't afford that the membership was pushed on me heavily. I had to say no 4-5 times, while the vet had a meltdown about it in the exam room. I have moved around a lot, every vet has suggested blood work, but none have refused to give my dog his medication without it. I felt like my voice as the person who knows my dog the best, and knows he is fine was not listened to. The experience made me really uncomfortable. I walked out of this vet with more problems then I had going in, because now my dog cant get his medication.

Took a week before we could get meds for our dog for a simple infection, because they prescribed her medication that they didn’t even carry.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
