My experience over the phone was great and the conversation I had with the lady was very informative and it helped me make a decision right then. I brought my cat in and they took her right in for an assessment and based off what they saw, they did the most gracious thing and took care of my overgrown nail. 🙏 And thank you so much for the people I didn't see that helped as well. Awesome Team! There should be more Vets like that one. Hands down

Ever since dr konger has retired, and this new outfit took over. Quality of service is very poor. Took my kittens in for their third set of shots and they said I was 2 weeks past due, so I had to start over with the 2nd set of shots at my expense, as they were the ones who canceled my original appointment as their Dr had her babies so they rescheduled me and now I was over the two weeks. this was their fault but wouldn't pay for redoing the shots as corporate wont allow that. Who talks about corporate when you are providing a service for animals and you make the mistake. I took my kittens and left. Will never recommend, or take any of my animals there ever again. I would give them zero stars
