So my experience is just bad and poor service from the cashier ,she works there but she don’t know anything ? That’s POOR service. I’m Not coming back again

Jack is 13, he was severly abused by his previous owner and still sometimes suffers anxiety in new situations so I worry when leaving him with others when I cant be there to personally observe or intervene. He had no issues with them, and even let them manicure/shape his nails with an electric dremel. I cant thank them enough. Already scheduled our next visit. Honestly, they are better than the local vet who has charged me thousands and made no progress with Jack's skin issues and never shaped his nails so they are comfortable when he walks or scratches himself. Also, place is very clean, price is good too.
