- MRMatthew Redmon2 days ago1.0Tried 3 times to get my puppy vaccinated. Made an appointment, showed up, they said I needed to have her for 2 weeks before they would allow her to get vaccinated. Which they don't tell you online or via text/email before you show up (and they send like 4 messages before every visit). Made an appointment for a few weeks later, showed up, and they said you can't have had another vaccination within the past 3 weeks but she had had spectra kc3 within that time. Again, not a peep about that before I show up. Made the third appointment, showed up, and they said no rabies vaccine before 16 weeks old. Fine. Whatever. She's only 14.5 weeks. But they knew her age since they very first visit as I completely set up her profile. Ridiculous they keep wasting my time. I won't be making a 4th appointment. Her admission appointment to her new vet is finally coming up in 2 weeks.

The Doctor and his assistant have a pretty efficient system going on. They weight the dogs and check the heart beats before applying the vaccine, and when I got home all the paperwork was already in my email box! The price was a fraction of what my vet was charging too. I'm very satisfied.
