She was very knowledgeable and used a special shampoo that helped my big boy stop scratching. They both smelled SO good and their coats were soft and shiny! Neither one of them were stressed out and they came out wiggling and smiling! I'm planning a monthly spa day with Tiana for them from now on! I do have some issues with management and enforcing weird rules; I don’t need to see my dogs before I pay, or I would ask to do so? I trust my groomers, otherwise I wouldn’t keep coming here. Making my dogs sit there while I pay is wild and unnecessary, I would much rather pay and THEN gather my dogs to save time. Also I trust my groomers to hold my 3 pound chihuahua, I don’t understand the need to choke them with those blue corded leads, I would much rather my dog be carried than choked. Another item is the heat; the air conditioning in 90 degree weather needs to be functioning, it’s cruel to the dogs and the groomers to have the heat and humidity at that threshold. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. As I said, for the groom itself, FIVE STARS I absolutely adore the groomers, but management and the weird rules are making me want to go elsewhere.

They always get his nails and treat him so well and they are always so excited to see him. (He is a cutie) I've never had an issue and have taken various dogs here over many, many years. One time, it was very hot outside and the salon was getting warm inside, they asked me to bring my dog in early if I could cuz they wanted to get as many appointments done to close the salon for the safety of the pets. Very much appreciated!
