    Very disappointing experience with Vetco. They recorded the wrong vaccination date for my dog and failed to correct it for two full years, which caused issues when my puppy needed other vaccines. I contacted them twice to fix the record, but nothing was resolved. After filing a complaint with the BBB, their “solution” was to offer a free rabies shot. My dog only weighs 8 pounds, and giving another rabies vaccine just to correct their mistake is simply unreasonable. Because of this situation, I decided to stop using Vetco and moved to a more professional veterinary clinic. In addition, the front desk staff were uninformed and came across as quite arrogant, and the veterinarian did not seem to take responsibility for the error. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this location.

    This petco is usually dirty, chaotic and the waits are long. I’ve had a lot of experience with the Vetco at this location and will no longer be returning. The vets are some of the rudest individuals I have ever had to interact with. Watching them manhandle my puppy made me want to cry. I will never recommend coming here again. If you want to take your animals to an affordable clinic, try out Murphy Vet. They actually like animals there.

    Crowded Mayny dogs appointments at the same time. They did not have much time for my dog They almost put the wrong vaccine to my dog Overwhelming
