I made extra fir the upgrades amd what i got was an uneven haircut with the area around her eyes cut totally uneven with chunks still in front of her eyes and the sides dint even match. I have never been so disappointed. $100 down the drain. I expected great service with a well trimmed dog. Is that too much to expect? Its his job to give a service that he is being paid to do and to do it right. I simply overpaid for extremely bad service. If I coukd give 0 stars I would.

- LMLupe MoranJan 24, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The girl I first saw at the counter was upset I was a few minutes EARLY. The guy that took my dog was rude and pushy at pick up. My dog didn't seem bathed well, his coat wasn't very soft. Just a waste of time and money.
