I’ve used Banfield for a few years now for my cats and I like them well enough. But the Banfield in Bothell is by far my favorite. They’re so personable and professional. I wish my own doctor’s clinic ran as efficiently and were as responsive. I highly recommend them.

Brought in a free pet health check and they forgot it three times when telling me the amount to pay plus wouldn't take less for cash and overcharged for a flea protection that is cheaper everywhere. Plus made me hold my cat for about 25 minutes while they went to get the flea medication and she was not comfortable there at the least and to wait this long is pretty much unacceptable! :( Don't have a ton of experience in vets but this seems like a racket where they charge you as much as possible and do as little as possible and as fast as possible: ( Considering I know most individual vets will easily work on a sliding scale or a semi sliding scale son't think I'll go back here... 25 minutes holding a scared first time cat is pretty much enough to not go back and leave this review

I credit Banfield and their monthly plan to the longevity of my 15 year old pup. They are caring and always take the time to diagnose any problem he has had. Thank you Banfield for your excellent care.

The people are nice, but the place seems very unorganized. My last several appointments for my dog have been disappointing. I schedule an appointment for his teeth cleaning, we get the call from someone a few days before confirming everything. The morning before we get another confirmation, all set for the next day and later that night before they tell me they can't do the cleaning so now I need to make another appointment. Nobody could explain to me how the status of his appointment could change after 3 separate confirmations.
This last visit was scheduled as a comprehensive and they call me the morning of to tell me he's not due for one until April, so now I have to pay separately for the fecal exam that is usually part of his comprehensive.
They just don't seem to have their stuff together and it's at my cost each time.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
