- MWMax watsNov 18, 20252.0I want to start off with the workers are super sweet! I only spoke to two of them but both seemed respectful and reasonable. I got my elderly dog’s nails trimmed today, she’s extremely well behaved but not trained! She has never had issue at the vet before, especially when getting her nails done. I could see and hear her repeatedly squeal and flail when each nail would be cut, after a couple were done she kept trying to escape and was giving them a hard time. My dog even went as far to nip at a worker and that’s when they couldn’t provide service no more- reasonable. But this was very surprising because my dog is usually very patient and behaved, they let me go free of charge with the full service done but when I got outside my dog was walking slow and uncomfortably. We got to the car and I could see all of her nails were cut past the wick. I only blame myself because her usual vet knew she has a longer nail beds but as a professional you should know when too short is too short, I was sad to see someone act like dog is bad when in reality she was just in pain and there were many chances they could’ve caught on. Again these were good people, I just wish they took attention to detail a little better. I would recommend with caution.
