Be cause my daughter wanted one and B to try and keep the tank cleaner. I experienced one employee taking photos of something on the shelf when I approached her to ask for help buying pants and a fish she said umm yeah in a minute I'll be there. Never showed up it was a didn't employee well educated in the fish and had plenty to tell me not to do even though I specifically mentioned all of the literature I read to educate myself with.

They tend to make you feel like you are incompetent in owning the pet and like they have little confidence that you will be able to care for the pet.
