It is deplorable to have 15 years of paid 'health plan' and when your aging pet needs support it seems incredibly difficult to find availability. We initiated an urgent refill need at another banfield location and this location was not only unwilling to accept the refill order (wuich took a full day at anpther location) but insisted we had to wait an additional 25 hrs to have an in-person session just to refill. This is not only ridiculous given an existing approval at another Banfield but wholly unethical and clearly a pure financial motivation vs prepaid service and care motivated for our 15 yo pet that has is now more than 48hrs suffering without medical support. Shameful is the best I can say for this location and the brand.

This place is awful. Took my cat in twice and they barely examined him and didn't even take his temperature. Just tried to prescribe steroids. Took him to a different vet and they felt something in his abdomen and saw he had low body temperature. Now getting hydrated and having urine analyzed. Only take your cat to Banfield if you want it to die and agonizing death. Useless!

Be careful of them making you spend more money than you have to. In my experience, they usually don't tell you crucial details about the true nature and severity of your pet's condition and rely on the client's lack of veterinary knowledge to get you to pay for services that aren't absolutely necessary, and are often extremely costly. If they call you and ask if you want them to perform a service for your pet, I would do your own research first so that you can make an informed decision because they are not going to help you and will just persuade you to pay for the service but under the guise of "but it's your decision." I cancelled my services and will never go back. They're very nice people but extremely unhelpful.

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
