They not only failed to treat her condition properly, but their careless nail trimming caused one of her nails to completely fall off, leading to a painful toe infection. And this nail fall toe is not the only infection toe!! A professional veterinarian should have the skills and compassion to prevent such harm yet what I experienced showed the exact opposite. It’s heartbreaking to see my dog suffer because of their negligence. Layne Shelton you should be ashamed of calling this “treatment.” No pet deserves to go through what my dog went through under your care. This kind of unprofessional behavior is truly shameful and completely unacceptable. I feel so unlucky to have trusted a vet like you. What you did to my dog is truly shameful.
