  I would give ZERO star if there is an option for this. I had an APPT for a vaccine DA2PPC and charged for Toenail trim too ?!! Vaccine $35+ Toenail trim $42 !?!!!!!! $42 for nail trim??????? My baby had a grooming about 10 days ago. Was there even any nails to trim (8 lbs small baby) ?!!!!!??! Maybe technician did 1 or 2 tiny bit becuz there is nothing to trim or did none and charging $42???? A clerk, claiming a shift manager himself when I asked for a manager to complain, Tarik was way sooo rude and talking in a discriminating and looking down tone of manner because I am Asian with foreign accent. He said I clicked on dropdown menu with nailtrim. I added a photo here. I picked vaccine appt option because all I needed was a vaccine (I had annual wellness visit about a month ago here) and noted that I am coming for “DA2PPC vaccine”. He said I had to make a seperate call and mention that I dont want nail trim!!? What is the point using online appt system to make an appt if you have to call appt service line anyway?? First of all, the vaccine technician should have mentioned about nail trim when she takes my baby to a room. Wr only talked about the vaccine due. She didnt even mention about nail trim at all before, but after she did. If I knew she is going to nail trim, I would have mentioned that my baby just had grooming+ nail trims done already, so she doesn’t need nail trim. I have been to many animal hospitals NY/NJ and WA area as I have multiple dogs. I have never seen any place charging nail trim $42 automatically with vaccine appt. My NJ Dr did nail trim if needed mentioning ahead of time less than $20 or free of charge. So, BE AWARE if you would like to make a vaccine appt here online, you have to make a seperate call and mention you dont want any other service and make sure mention again before the service what they are going to do and how much they are going to charge you.

  They were fantastic with both of my dogs and had really sweet, friendly, and gentle energy. They were really great at presenting all options and working with me on what was the best plan. I feel good about coming back in the future

  Heartless! The receptionist was cold and nasty. She turned my sick cat away because we were 15 minutes late. He's incredibly hard to catch and terrified of the carrier, which I explained to her, but she didn't care. They used to be great, but they were bought by venture capitalists. Now they are terrible.

  Hospital is very clean and quiet which is good for pet, keep them calm. The whole process is smooth, people there showed their care to my dog. Fortunately my dog is good. Thanks a lot!

  I brought my dog and cat to Aerowood for care establishment although, my family has been bringing pets there for many years. I loved the Dr we saw she was so thoughtful and gave good advice for both of my fur babies. My dog has a lot of anxiety but she had a good experience too so all around it was nice for us all so we will be returning.
