I went in to see about getting my Border Collie bathed, the girl I spoke with was unhelpful, rude and didn't bother looking up from what she was doing (adjusting a water bottle) to speak to me. She told me to talk to the groomer (while still adjusting the water bottle) I told her it appears she's working on a dog right now and I asked for her suggestion. She said "call ___." I'm assuming that's the name of the groomer. I just walked out at that point. She couldn't be bothered to help me in anyway and barely acknowledged me. I'm a very heavy tipper and if the groomer would have been able to bathe my dog I would have tipped even more on top of that but, after the encounter with that girl I lost interest. If you don't want to help customers, don't work in customer service.

What truly surprised me was their selection of dog clothing, especially the large collection of New York Yankees gear, which I loved as a fan. The cashier was very kind and helpful.
